Crab Cake Appetizer
Made with premium jumbo lump blue crab, our new crab cake appetizer is served with a mixed green salad full of delicious goodies, including bacon, roasted corn, asparagus and grape tomatoes. Our whole-grain mustard beurre blanc adds a zingy brightness that makes for a perfect light appetizer to kick off your meal.
Chicken & Wild Mushroom Ravioli
We’re ecstatic that this incredible dish from the Burtons Grill archives has returned to the menu! Tender wild mushroom ravioli are served in our rich & savory sherry cream sauce. Don’t forget the perfectly pan-seared chicken medallions & roasted asparagus! Also available with gluten-free pasta.
Summer Berry Salad
What’s better on a summer salad than fresh strawberries? One that also includes avocado, toasted almonds, feta, and house-made poppyseed dressing of course. Perfect for patio dining, and pairs perfectly with one of our new seasonal cocktails.

Our deliciously healthy Roasted Vegetable Bowl is back for summer. Featuring a rainbow of flavorful roasted veggies & green goddess dressing on a bed of rice, this feel-good dish is always a treat – especially for the veggie lovers.
Scallops & Creamed Corn
Our Scallops & Creamed Corn entrée is an ode to summer. Fresh, tender scallops are coated with our signature bronzing seasoning & pan-seared to perfection – the flavor truly shines when paired with roasted asparagus spears & creamed sweet corn.
Our Veggie Burger feature is now on the menu full-time! The flavorful patty (our secret recipe) is topped with fresh avocado, tomato, & spinach, plus our house-made lemon aioli. Plus, no burger is complete without a soft griddled bun.
