Burtons Grill Rewards

First you’ll need to create a new account using our migration form. Inputting the same phone number, email address, and/or loyalty card number associated with your legacy account will help our system locate your points and rewards, but we understand that information may sometimes be outdated or unavailable.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to review any points/rewards our system was able to match to your information. If your balance is missing or incorrect, please email us at rewards@burtonsgrill.com and our team will be more than happy to assist you.

Yes! The Burtons Grill app is entirely optional – your server can look up your points and apply rewards using your phone number when you dine in, or you can check your own balance anytime by signing into our Burtons Grill Rewards web portal.

Please email a picture of your receipt (or if not available, the location, date, time, and approximate spend of your visit) to rewards@burtonsgrill.com and our team will take care of adding points for you.

If you place an online order while logged into the Burtons Grill app, you’ll be able to apply any available rewards on the checkout screen, and points will automatically be earned once your payment is processed.

If ordering from the burtonsgrill.com website, make sure to select the red “Sign In with Burtons Grill Rewards” button instead of the regular black Sign In button, and use the same email and password that you use to log into our app/web portal. You’ll be able to see any available rewards on the checkout screen, and points will be applied once your payment is processed.
