Our Spring Menu Has Arrived

Summer is just around the corner, and with it comes a bounty of delicious flavors our culinary team is excited to explore. Twice a year, we update our core menu with dishes that bring out the best the season has to offer. Available now, our 2022 spring menu features a mix of brand new items, updated recipes, and returning favorites. There’s something for everyone to enjoy, including summery cocktails and new chocolatey dessert.

Without further ado, here’s the roundup on what to expect on your next visit to Burtons Grill:

Our long-anticipated Point Judith Calamari is back on the menu and fried to melt-in-your-mouth perfection. We’ve sourced high quality squid, wild-caught off the coast of Rhode Island and processed exclusively at Point Judith harbor.

A delicious Greek Salad is perfect for patio dining in beautiful summer weather. Light and fresh veggies contrast beautifully with salty kalamata olives & feta cheese, while crispy everything-seasoned pita crisps provide a satisfying crunch.

Our classic Firecracker Shrimp is now served with a chilled teriyaki noodle salad. Also available as a side, these rice noodles are marinated in house-made teriyaki sauce and mixed with cilantro cucumber salad for a refreshing accompaniment to our crispy shrimp appetizer.

Is there anything better than fresh summer vegetables? Enjoy them all with our new Roasted Summer Vegetable Bowl featuring asparagus, zucchini, corn, red peppers, cremini mushrooms and more. This summer bounty is served beautifully arranged over a bed of farro and house-made green goddess dressing.

Brand new cocktails have also arrived, with a focus on the fresh and the fruity. Our Spicy Paloma brings the heat with spicy Ghost tequila; the Pineapple Express with Rumhaven coconut rum will transport you to an island far away; and the tequila-based Jalisco Refresher will cleanse your palate with a refreshing mix of lime, jalapeño, basil, and cucumber. Perfect for the patio, our whiskey-spiked Charleston Tea or Patio Punch gin spritz round out our selection of new summer drinks.

Our new Roasted Turkey Waldorf is a feast for the eyes and for the stomach. The eclectic mix of pulled Boar’s Head Brand® Turkey, house pickled grapes & apples, candied walnuts, cheddar cheese and celery comes together with our house made country dressing to create your new favorite summer salad.

An Argentinian twist on the French classic, our Steak Frites features chargrilled Allen Bros. flat iron steak, house made chimichurri, and a stack of your favorite parmesan truffle fries.

Out with rice, in with rice noodles! Our General Tso Bowl is now served with delicious teriyaki-marinated noodles and charred broccoli. And because they’re rice noodles, this guest favorite remains naturally gluten-free.

Melty cheese and crispy prosciutto bring Chicken Cordon Bleu entrée to the next level. We featured this delicious dish for the month of February, and are so excited to bring it back on the spring menu.

Our updated Bread Service features a warm French-style roll from Massachusetts-based Fireking Baking Company. Tear, share, and dip in a trio of house made pesto, herbed garlic butter, and olive tapenade. Serves 2-4 (two orders are recommended for parties of 6-8).

The Reuben is back and better than ever! Our take on the classic sandwich is now made with delicious Boar’s Head Brand® corned beef.

Our newest dessert is a decadant Chocolate Budino: a rich Italian pudding topped with a layer of dulce de leche, a dollop of whipped cream, and a delicate almond lace cookie. One crack with a spoon, and you’re on your way to a chocolate-lover’s paradise.

Last but not least, our Summer Chef’s Catch Features are a selection of delicious recipes created by our culinary team to highlight premium fish and shellfish provided by our partners at North Coast Seafoods. Each of our locations will be featuring these recipes periodically throughout the summer – stop by often and make sure to try them all.
