Mother’s Day is one of the busiest days of the year in our restaurants, and for good reason – great moms deserve a great meal on their special day. Your mom will love our spring-inspired Mother’s Day weekend features, all on preview from our new spring menu (launching later this month).
Our fan-favorite Point Judith Calamari is returning for the season, back and better than ever. The fresh squid is sourced off the shores of New England and the mid-Atlantic, then landed and processed exclusively at Point Judith harbor in Rhode Island. Mom will love the lightly fried and buttery soft squid balanced with fried spicy cherry pepper rings and house made tartar sauce.
Next up, the Greek Salad is an updated take on our classic Mediterranean Salad from past menus. We’ve added seasoned pita crisps for crunch, and a new house made Greek dressing that perfectly marries salty olives and feta with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes.
Each of our chefs will also feature a new Premium Catch entrée from a selection of seasonal seafood creations curated by our culinary team. Chef will be sourcing a beautiful premium fish or shellfish and serving over a delightful seasonal presentation. Selection varies by location.
Don’t forget the drinks! Our fruity Sunsplash Sangria pairs white wine with orange, elderflower, and mango – just what mom needs to relax and unwind.
For dessert, our Culinary Director Chef Eric LeBlanc has created a new decadent chocolate dessert based on a classic Italian pudding. Our Chocolate Budino is rich and velvety, topped with a layer of dulce de leche, vanilla whipped cream, and a delicate lace cookie. It serves as the perfect end to a fantastic Mother’s Day meal.
