Over the last 17 years, Burtons Grill has become well known for our extensive gluten-free menu. We didn’t start out as a celiac-safe restaurant, but our passion for delighting every guest made us realize it was something we could accomplish. We discovered over the years that, with proper training and safety protocols, we are easily able to accommodate food allergies in our scratch kitchen. Now, nearly 100% of our menu can be modified to accommodate specific allergies and nutritional needs, including celiac disease.
Providing a safe place for food allergies has become an integral part of our brand. That’s why we’re so excited to partner with the National Celiac Association and MendHunger to support their rapid-response disaster relief program for people with celiac disease and other food allergies. This much needed safety net provides no-cost, celiac and allergy-safe food boxes to people in need during natural disasters across the continental United States.
